Microwave Sponge Cake
Mix together the curds and eating soda in a bowl and keep aside. Keep the flour aside too. Heat ¼ cup of water in a microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute, add the melted butter, sugar and mix well.
Add the flour mixture, curds, vanilla essence and mix lightly to make a smooth batter. Spoon the mixture into a microwave safe bowl greased with butter or oil, microwave on high for 4 minutes. Remove from the microwave and allow the cake to stand for approximately 10 minutes. Un-mould and use as required.
