Noche – Atlanta, GA

Noche means Night in Spanish. On one of the winter nights, we explored a popular neighborhood famous for their dining and nightlife called “The Virginia Highlands” and came across this cozy & comfortable tapas bar .IMG_5521.JPGAs soon as you enter, you may need to get squeezed into narrow lanes of low-red ligt seating across brick walls.IMG_5522 We picked a cute table for two! The best part of tapas is to  order numerous tiny plates of food to share and this was no different..We were told that this place is famous for Mango margaritas and fruity sangria. We started with calamari & mahi mahi tacos which were absolutely delicious and the dipping sauce excellent.IMG_5524Next we tried marinated Sardines on tostitos. I tried this fish for the first time and it was different in a good way. It had lots of olive oil, fresh herbs melted with every bite!IMG_5525.JPG On the way back, it drizzled as we walked the roads, gazing stars and street lights. Have you ever noticed, lights during the rain and aren’t they really shimmer? Please take time to look at small things in life that could make it feel like heaven on earth. However, the time spent at Noche was timeless and will be treasured forever.
